Le Registre Santé & Sécurité au Travail - un outil indispensable !

Vous êtes témoin de situations de violences.
Vos conditions de travail génèrent troubles, anxiétés, douleurs...
Chaque fois que la qualité de vie sur votre lieu de travail est impactée, vous devez saisir le RSST.
Le Registre Santé & Sécurité au Travail, créé en 1988 (décret 82-453), permet à tous les personnels et usagers (enseignants, AESH, parents, élèves, …) d’alerter de ce qui pourrait constituer une entrave à la santé ou à la sécurité. Il doit être présent dans chaque établissement sous format papier.
Mais que ce registre soit accessible par toutes et tous au sein d’un établissement peut être un frein à son utilisation, par peur de représailles si une personne dénoncée en prend connaissance.

La saisine du RSST est un droit ! Ce n’est pas nécessairement une mise en cause de la hiérarchie, mais un droit d’alerte.
La saisine du RSST rappelle que « l’employeur doit prendre les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité et protéger la santé physique et mentale des travailleurs » (article 4121-1).
La saisine du RSST alerte directement la hiérarchie qui ne peut plus ignorer la situation.
La saisine du RSST est transmise aux représentant.es des personnels en Comité Hygiène & Sécurtié et Conditions de Travail (CHSCT). La situation est alors examinée lors des réunions du CHSCT qui se tiennent périodiquement. Le CHSCT peut alors amener l’administration à prendre des mesures pour faire cesser les risques.
La saisine du RSST permet d’être couvert.e en cas de problèmes ultérieurs liés à la même situation.
Toute saisie doit entraîner une réponse et un traitement. N’hésitez pas à envoyer une copie de votre fiche au CHSCT (chsctd-sec-32@ac-toulouse.fr) et à votre syndicat (gersudeduc@free.fr).
